• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Products must be returned with original packaging where possible.

• Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Contact us at info@stumpteeth.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds

• Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we have made an error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
